I had this same problem. I experienced the Keyfive system operating on my XP machine but on my Windows Vista device the drivers packed but it would certainly not notice the serial amount. But I do get it to lastly work. Hope this works for you.

I went and downloaded the demo edition of Keyfive and set up it. Which most likely has Windows Windows vista drivers.

It held informing me the drivérs weren't certified but I installed them anyhow. After getting it installed I went into the control cell and it mentioned serial amounts weren't legitimate and began detecting the Keyfive viewer and serial amount.
